Pro:
Yep, some topics tend to produce rather unimaginative results (how many
views of the same wineglass were there with the "glass" topic?)
Contra:
When the topic is too bizarre, many people (including myself) are
probably gonna have problems both adhering to the topic and producing
something interesting. Sorry, but I would really hate the topic "J. F.
Kennedy"
I personally still prefer the more general topics, which give me a
greater freedom of choice. If somebody chooses to throw in an old,
off-topic image, that's their problem. It should be discouraged, but
not, I think, by using topics so bizarre you have to decipher them with
the help of a dictionary...
