Will there be new newsgroups at news.povray.org?

A heirarchy something like ...

povray.bug   ------>post faq on bug here and howto?
povray.bug.{platform}  ---->would be active only for current version?

If you do this - would it work better as moderated newsgroups
and to add [ticket] tags?

Above suggested in case the model followed is the Apache open
bugbase model.
