I do not know about documentation nor distribution...
But MS Word proposes these 'english languages' for checking spelling
(please, don't check mine):
+English (Australian)
+English (British)
+English (Canadian)
+English (Carribean)
+English (Ireland)
+English (Jamaica)
+English (New Zealand)
+English (South Africa)
+English (United States)
