My results (640x480 no aa) with AMD K5 166, Asus TX97, 64MB Windows 95
are:

POV-Ray for Windows 3.02.watcom.win32 (Pentium optimized):
  Smallest Alloc: 27 bytes, Largest: 1053704
  Peak memory used: 111648519 bytes
  Time for parse: 30:40 minutes
  Time for trace  11:13 minutes
  Total Time:     41:53 minutes

POV-Ray for Windows 3.1.beta.5.watcom.win32 (Pentium II optimized):
  Smallest Alloc: 27 bytes, Largest: 1053720
  Peak memory used: 110058039 bytes
  Time for parse: 27:16 minutes
  Time for trace  10:39 minutes
  Total Time:     37:55 minutes
