The Beta 2 of TreeDesigner is available for download at:

The Beta 1 will expire with the beginning of march, so be sure to
download the new version!

Here a few snippets from the new features list:
(more can be found at the TreeDesigner Homepage)

- A new Overview Pane has replaced the old
  Create/Modify panel and the old Select dialog.
  It allows for easier access to each element as
  well as for a better representation of the data.

- The leaf-formats are now stored in their own
  files, allowing for userdefined leaftypes by
  adding your own leafdefinition files to the "Leafs"
  subfolder of the TreeDesigner folder.

- There are now three different detail-levels for
  the export to Moray, with the lowest level being
  ideal to import a large number of background plants
  into Moray.

- You can now choose to use a placeholder for pan, zoom
  and rotate, which makes those actions much smoother
  on slow computers or with large models.

- A better support for lefthanded-user has been added:
  Depending on which hand moves the mouse, you can choose
  the shortcut/hotkeys to suit your other "free" hand.
