DTA227, Dave's Targa Animator...

This will compile the tga into an 8bit .flc or a 16/24bit .flh.
It come with DFV, D's flic Viewer, which plays them (and is the only
thing I've found which plays the 24bit .flh...

Do an altavista search or archiw search for 'dta' or 'dta +targa
+animat'.
