Announcing POV-Motif release 1.0

POV-Motif is an X/Motif front end application for POV-Ray.  Binaries and
source code are available.  Binaries are statically linked, meaning you
don't have to have Motif to run POV-Motif!  POV-Motif is freeware, just
like POV-Ray.
