  Efectivamente el "which" se refiere a la textura, pero creo que es uno
de esos casos en que simplemente se traduce por "que".

  Aunque ahora el que no me gusta es el verbo "variar"... :)

  De todas formas, no te enfrasques en dilemas de este tipo: toma el
atajo y sustituyelo por algo que signifique lo mismo. Lo importante es
que se entienda, por supuesto...
