In the "Tools" menu go to "Edit master POVRAY.INI"

Notepad will then launch and if you look through this file you will see a line;
Output_File_Name= <file> where <file> is the location in which POV-Ray will store
the
output files. This has a default option that I have forgotten, but you will see it.
Look
in there and you should see all the files that you have been rendered.

You can edit this line and the one that follows to have files stored where you want
and
choose from the several file formats available.
In my case I have edited these lines to read;

Output_File_Name=C:\POV images\tga\
+FC

This means that all my output files are stored C:\POV Images\tga and are in compressed
targa format.

To get further information on the options available look in the main POV-Ray
documentation
under "File Output Options"

Hope this helps,
David
