Attached is a new version of ImportStuff.dll. It is only 
compatible with Moray V3.5 RC1 (Build 9290) and later.

It improves the Ruler that was released with RC1 in the 
following way:

- Added half distance edit box

- Non-editable edit boxes can be selected (for Copy/Paste)

- The ruler will become visible in its old position when 
  reactivated with Ctrl-M (or Tools|Measurement Ruler).

Simply copy the dll over the old one.
