I'd very much like to hear what you think of it, and if you experience any 
errors or design glitches. I'll be making a few minor additional changes in 
the coming days, but the design is mostly finished. I may still change or 
tone down the whole "big portrait in header" thing, but I'll wait untill I 
hear what people in a game business forum think about it.

You're quite welcome to mention even banal errors such as grammar or 
spelling. I already suspect that I use UK and US spelling inconsistently - I 
can't remember which one I originally decided on...

I've also uploaded my Metal & Flowers series of POV-Ray images to the 3D 
Gallery. I'll be expanding the set with additional images with other 
background colours and some close up detail images. I originally intended to 
make a whole separate page for the M&F series, but now that I've coded the 
ability into the site to easily create tables of many images within a single 
content box with minor hassle, I don't see the need for it.

I also fixed the newsletter subscription functionality. It seems it has been 
broken for perhaps a half or a whole year, and nobody have told me. :( I 
should have noticed the flow of subscription notifications stopping, but 
it's quite easy to fail to notice the lack of something when you have plenty 
of other things to think about. Anyway, it *should* work correctly again.

If I disable styles, there is no way to go back to the home page, 
because the link is empty (it just has an explicit size).

There is also a close button visible.

In the raytracing jokes:

You insist on calling your children Ray, Voxel, Max, Mandel, Tracy, 
Julia, Vector, or Nurb." (that quote shouldn't be there)

You wonder if ground fog or athmosphere will look better for your 
company's market share pie chart. (athmo -> atmo)

You can remember the 4 digit decimal equivelents to measurements down to 
1 sixtyfourth of an inch. (equivelents -> equivalents)

You think about how to render a ! (missing word?)

You prefer bald romatic partners, because they're easier to model. 
(romatic -> romantic)

You've convinced your boss that raytracing is really an integral part of 
yourjob title. (missing space)

You have ever snuck out of your bedroom to moniter the progress of an 
overnight render. (moniter -> monitor)

Your spouse accidentally tripping over your PC's power cord and 
interrupting your complex rendition seems to be adequate grounds for 
iorce. (iorce -> divorce?)

You have wondered how you could change your Xterm windows transparents 
so that you could see your background image through them. (transparents 
-> transparent)

Also, watch for modeler/modeller and other US/UK differences.

they are for euthenticity. :)

Ah, is that a US/UK difference? I just thought both were acceptable 
regardless of dialect.

Sorry, I should have been more specific: *on the frontpage*, disabling 
styles shows "Subscriptions", a close button, and an empty iframe; all 
this at the bottom of the page. With styles on, this is shown 
dynamically by a script.

That's what I thought too, but my Firefox spell-checker thinks otherwise 
:) (I have both US and UK dictionaries installed)

That, and others like neighborhood/neighbourhood.

Ah, I had tested simply by pulling the external style sheets, but now I 
understand that disabling styles also disables the styles specified in the 
page itself. How do I do that with IE6 or Firefox 2? And anyway, *why* would 
anyone be browsing my site without having styles enables, except web 
crawlers?

Ah, I need to get those. I wouldn't trust such nuances completely though, 
without checking with multiple sources.

That UK/US difference I did know about. There are many words using 
this -our/-or difference, colour/color probably being the most common.

Is there any way to get the Firefox spell-checker check all the text on a 
page and not just text I type into forms? Or did you find the mistakes in my 
list of jokes by copy-pasting it to somewhere else?
