I just discovered povray. I cant beleive that this is free.
I only want to do 3D as a hobby but its sooo expensive, or so I
thought..
And there are loads of modellers available for Linux too.
This is great stuff.

Yes I know exactly the feeling. I was completely hooked on POV ever since I
rendered the checkboard scene given with POV 2.2. Actually, it took me 4 years
to get over it and realize that I had a life of my own.
You know you'been raytracing for too long when...... This may ring a bell

I am sort of a new guy to this too but i love it sooooooooooo much it
takes up all my free time and then some..... Hope You enjoy.... For
