without ANY changes to scene file or includes (other than #version and
#patch directives at the head of the file) it seems that mesh2 objects
don't cast shadow when using uberpov
i've used the cylinder primitive as the control
povray --version
POV-Ray 3.7.1-alpha.7898287.unofficial
uberpov --version
UberPOV 1.37.1.0
1st image rendered with povray the 2nd with uberpov

@clipka ... let me know when you've had some time to solve this one and
i'll test your fix because i'd like to use uberpov to continue on with
this one

Looks like the issue is a bit more complicated: The mesh2.pov sample
scene renders fine, shadows and all, on both my Windows and OpenSUSE
machine. So I guess I'll need to know more details about your scene.

I've just checked in a fix for some other bug that might also be
relevant for your case. Can you please test the newest UberPOV "develop"
branch (commit 358a8dd)? Thanks.
