I tried this a week or two ago but I didn't know how to attach a picture
then. I 'think' I do now.
By the way... if you like this I'm currently working on the Tron Tank. I
have a scaling question that I posted over in the newuser's section related
to that project if any of you think you can help me out.

I hope this is good enough for a first post...
Carl

Nice first post, this is a spherical reflexive motorbike on checker
board, so it's really compliant with the 'first post' policy. :-)
Are you going to do an animation ?

Yes... the front wheel is a sphere and the checker
board is a grid so I thought it fit too.

As for an animation... yes I think that would be fun
but I think its a long ways away. I've only been playing
with POV-Ray for about two months and I have a
long ways to go before I can do anything really fancy.

Thanks...
Carl

could you post the source to p.b.scene-files?

I could but I'd feel like I was hanging out dirty laundry. I've only been
playing with POV-Ray for about 2 months and I have a rather quick and
dirty approach to programming. Let me know if you still want it and I'll
try and clean it up some because as is it has ALOT of junk I tried and
didn't work still left in it and is over a 1000 lines of code... probably
better then half of which isn't needed.

If you want to see a bit more of the model you can go here:
http://makeashorterlink.com/?B44251F96

And after the time I've put into this if I do share it I'd want anyone that
played with it to share with me what they do with it.

Kind regards...
Carl
