Tabulation size set using the "Text --> Tab Size..." menu item does not
affect new windows opened using context menus. Maybe the same applies to
files opened with "Ctrl-O"; I just did not check.

The sequence of actions:

1) Select "Text --> Tab Size" and set the value in the dialog box to 2 (8
was the default).

2) Set cursor to an "#include foo.inc" statement, right click, and select
"Open foo.inc" from the appeared context menu.

3) In the newly opened file, press Tab. It would work if there were 8 spaces
per tab.

If a new file is created using Ctrl-N, the Tab key works in its window
correctly.

I do know that there is a notion of "Window Properties" (a big design
mistake -- IMHO), and everything, but this setting just does not work as a
sane human would expect. Setting tab size to 2 in the "Windows Properties"
of the opened .inc file seemed to cure the problem, as windows with other
.inc files opened after that react to Tab as they should.

BTW, that was not the first time that I set Tab size to 2 only to find out
that this setting disappeared later... Maybe I did not set it in all the
.inc files opened at the time? I just do not remember... Anyway, I would be
very grateful if this were made less counter-intuitive -- to match the
excellence of the rest of the editor.

Damn! Once again, both "Text --> Tab Size" and "Windows Properties" got
mysteriously reset to 8 spaces per tabulation. Really... inconvenient.
Chris? Can you hear me?..

Went to "Window Properties" and set "Tab size to 2". Returned to "Text -->
Tab Size" to set it there as well -- only to find out that is was set to 2
by itself. (Hope that helps to track the bug; a really annoying one...)
