Hello,
    I am looking for the Povray project files for VC++ 5.0.  The only ones
on the FTP site (ftp.povray.org) are for 6.0, which I do not have.

That ain't true - unzip povwin_s.zip with folders & under
povwin_s.zip\windows\vc5 U will find Cmpl_vc5.txt, povray.dsp & povray.dsw
which are the project & workspace files for msvc5.
