i downloaded pov for windows and it ran beautifully...

then, i uninstalled it and reinstalled it a couple days later (BIG
reorganization)

now pov barely runs -- it runs its demo nicely, but that's about it.

i create my files with sPatch, then export to pov...

when i create a final -- rendering file for pov to render all hell breaks
loose...
the program refuses to believ that not only my files exist but that the
texture .inc files exist! the final render file, named say, "final.pov"
doesn't even show up as anything in the open file dialogue box... this
sucks.

any ideas? help?

thanks,
dennis

Hell, I wish POV would talk that much with me!
OK, what you can do, to see POV still likes you, open POV, make it
half size wide, open the directory YOU know your render file is in
beside POV and drop it on POV's head! It's called drag an drop, POV
understands it. Let me know it got it. Once it's in its editor, it
shure should chew it.
