Do you get this message too?
Unrecognized output file format h.
The HDR file is fine... And I think it's a great feature :)
It's just the message that might cause some confusion.

If this is supposed to be a bug report it misses *all* important
information. This includes at least:
- MegaPOV version and platform
- complete text messages POV-Ray prints out.

megapov Blanko.pov +fh gives me this output:

Ah, right at the beginning. Note that isn't the usual place where this
message occurs when you use a format really not supported. Will be
fixed in next version (although it's damn inconvenient in case the other
