Hmm...well, actually, I think this would be a bug. Does it make sense 
for "no_reflection" to make an object invisible when seen through a pane 
of glass?
Maybe separate "no_reflection" and "no_transmission" keywords 
(no_transmission would handle both filter and transmit forms of 
transparency), or maybe just "no_indirect_rays" or something.
