I was just wondering if there is a compiled version of MP 0.6a for Linux
(i386) available somewhere, or do I need to compile it myself?

	You can find an i686-optimized version of my MegaPov-based patch here:

	If it doesn't work for you, you can also get the source from the same
place (complete source with unix makefile, rather than just the changed
files that you can get from Nathan's site).
