After downloading and executing WinMegaPOV 0.4 I received the following
error messages.
POV-Ray Editor error
Editor DLL initialization failed
[Load Library failed, code is 00000485]
Important!
See the "Built-In Editors' section in the help file
Is there something I'm missing in the installation or is it a bad download?

Put megapov.exe into the bin directory of your official POV install and run
it from there (make sure the shortcut also says that the startup directory
is the same as the official version's startup directory).
If that doesn't work, you may have to live without the editor for MegaPov.
