Are you guys slacking off or something? I found the first bug in the
new superpatch. Declaring crackle textures is not currently a good
idea, because the caches for textures derived from them will cross-
pollinate. I'll attempt to get this one fixed and re-uploaded before
Thanksgiving.

 There once was a guy with a missing eye
 who'd taunt and tease people he'd meet.
'Till one day he chose the wrong person to tease;
 a man that was bigger than he;
 He chose wrongly you see,
 because that day he went home blind, and he wondered
 "Why me?"

It doesn't crash, it just makes weird horizontal lines in your
crackles.

I found the first bug in the SuperPatch source code. If your compiler
supports nested comments, in photons.c there is a comment that is not
terminated. Under ANSI C this is not a problem, just poor coding style, but
with the compiler I'm using I get syntax errors.
