I noticed one post on this already, but here we go.

I too downloaded the sources archives. Both gzip and winzip report
corrupted data file and won't unpack them. What should I be using to do
them. I have a leased line for download usually so there shouldn't be
line problems.

Any help out there ? I've still got to get the OS going on the target
machine so I've got a bit of time yet.

Probably a CR/LF problem. Make sure you're downloading in binary
mode. If you're using HTTP to download, try using the FTP server
instead.
