I cannot run it, the message from the terminal tells:
"truevision: error while loading shared libraries: libhowl.so.0: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory"
Maybe I'm missing something.
Running Kubuntu Breezy on AMD Athlon XP 2600, 512 Mb DDR Ram, 120 Gb HD

I can't get it going either - dependency hell...
Some of the dependencies don't seem to compile on FC3...

I used the rpm package converting it to deb with alien. I'll try the sources
and I'll tell you what happens (surely it's my fault).

No problem :) There are too many dependencies... i don't even know
libhowl ! My gnome version is probably older than yours. But don't worry
debian packages are to be availbale soon :)
P.S. : thanks for trying it ! Please give us some advices from a
'confirmed pover' to make it better :)
