Hello,

Is there anyone who has compiled pov with the IBM xlc compiler on AIX? I
can compile it with GCC, but I would like to give xlc a try as well to
see if it makesa difference (speed wise). Does anyone have some compiler
settings for this?

Sorry, I can't help you. But I am interested on a Benchmarkresult of an
AIX-System.

Hi Andreas,

I can do a benchmark for you sometime, unfortunatly I don't have a system
available at this moment. And it will be a GCC compile, which is not
particular good at optimizing Power(PC) code as I have been talled.
