Minor changes:

- no longer installs s-povray suid root (only matters for Linux)
- updated the man page (left out a few things, oops)
- Linux binaries recompiled using older version of glibc, should work on
a greater range of systems

If you're not running Linux, the only change you might care about is the
updated man page.

No changes to the code; it's still 3.1g, maybe a 3.1g R1 or something of
the sort, but even that's a stretch.
