The version information on the web page isn't up to date yet, but it's
at ftp.povray.org.  Since the web page links to the ftp server, and the
files haven't been renamed, downloading from the web page should work
fine.

New features:
- make install (run as root for best results)
- install script for everything else (run as root for best results)
- htm2html: Perl script to make the html docs more Unix-friendly

Fixes:
- assorted makefile problems fixed
- minor typo in man page fixed
- Linux binaries are stripped
- assorted bug fixes not specific to Unix (see revision.doc)
- updated documentation
