To who it may concerns,

Yesterday, Tuesday, April 20th, I download the archives povuni_d.tgz
and povuni_s.tgz.

Both archives contain identical contents, neither of which seems to
contain the sources.

Can someone tell me where a valid archive of the sources are?

I check ftp://ftp.povray.org/pub/povray/Official/Unix/povuni_s.tgz, and
it's the sources.  Based on file size,
/pub/povray/Official/Linux/povuni_s.tgz seems to have the same files. 
Where did you download the messed up archive?
