On my machine, PoseRay's POV-Ray export contains an `adc_bailout`
setting with a comma instead of a decimal point.

I suspect you're accidently using a locale-dependent function to convert
this particular value to a string; I'm using Windows 10, with the locale
set to German, which has the comma as decimal separator.
