OK. Just back again online.
Yes, Janet explained that the best thing to do while importing obj figures, 
is to uncheck everything in the import window of Poser. The figure (or prop) 
will then appear at the origin and at the same scale as its original. 
However, there may be exceptions. For instance, this works fine for Silo 
1.42, but the beta Silo 2.0 scales the figure down by exactly 50%! I don't 
know about Wings...
