IIRC this is the official site:
http://www.geocities.com/Tokyo/Ginza/6625/soft10.html and seems still
active.

Not even a new *preview* version for over 4 years ("Download ver. 3.0 Preview
Version1.03(2004/12/31)") - that doesn't sound like much activity to me.

No, but the question was if Hamapatch was still accessible, and it is.
Except of course if Geocities is going to shut down completely?

...which seems to be the case indeed. I have checked other sites with
Hamapatch (crosswinds) but that closed down too. So, the only site is the
official Japanese one on Geocities. As no activity is reported there, I
presume that Hamapatch is going to die eventually. To tell the truth, I have
not used it at least since 2005 or 2006 when I switched to Silo.

.... which is reported to be happening in a few monts' time, and the OP's reason
to ask.

As you feared the whole of geocities has disappeared and Yahoo in their wisdom
has not provided any forward links - the same applies for LionSnake Modeler that
is still "advertised" on the POVRAY pages
