Hallo,
time ago I was searching for such a tool without results, so I have
written the simple code attached here. The idea was to generate all the
buttons in 3 images (up, down, mouse over) respecting reciprocal
reflections, shadows, etc, and use ImageMagick to crop the separate buttons.
I was not pleased of the effect, thus I've used a traditional way for my
buttons, abandoning the code, but you can browse it, being inspired and
produce a better button generator...
