Hi,

I wrote a small macro that converts an html color statement of the form
"#rrggbb" in hexadecimal to a valid povray color statement. As a side
effect you get a generic hex to decimal macro.

I must admit I did not check if there were implementations of such a macro
before but I thought I might contribute it nevertheless. Maybe it is of use
for somebody.
