I've been using kolors.inc for a while but given the the recent changes
I thought I'd share an updated version. Retains ALL the original
definitions but adds definitions that conform to new 'gamma' syntax, so
now you can do:
sphere {0,1 pigment {gmaMagenta}}
works with >= beta41

I'll need to change this once the release is out of the way ... so
"buyer beware"!

OK ... here's the updated file. Note that as of the 3.7 release
assumed_gamma MUST be defined BEFORE sourcing this file or the parser
will halt and issue a warning.
