This newsgroup (povray.text.scene-files) isn't the place to post this,
you want povray.unofficial.patches.
Anyway, MegaPOV is the successor to the Superpatch, it contains
everything from the Superpatch, but also has many new patches and bug
fixes which have been written since then. Also, there are compiled
versions of MegaPOV available for several different platforms, when you
often had to compile your own to get the Superpatch.
The Superpatch is now obsolete, MegaPOV is it's replacement.

In fact, you won't find the superpatch online anymore.
