I'm a very average and unskilled programmer so I need some info.  Has anyone
ever thought of making an on the spot general renderer.  That is make a
screen that as you type in the render code the un advanced general
rendering is shown. Like I make a ring it displays a ring and then latter I
can do a complete render where it looks great.  And has anyone made
something that would allow you to export your scenes to actual 3d files
like 3dsmax or lightwave or whatever they are.  So that the scenes can be
used in other 3d modellers to effect more animation that PovRay could
provide.  Or make PovRay an actual textual 3d modeller so that is has all
the same abilities as a modeller only done in text.  And can produce movies
and the like from various animations.  And if not where would I have to
start.  I can barley understand the source code as it is.  Does anyone have
any ideas or something.  I would greatly appreciate it.

This is the wrong group for this question.  This group is for discussion of
the POV-Ray source code.  General questions about using the POV-Ray scene
description language should be asked in either povray.general or
povray.newusers.
