After seeing only a glimps of the possibilities of the isosurface and parametric
objects,
after using the extrusion macro's by Gilles Tran and Daniele Varrazzo,
after manually extracting a set of splines from a L-parser generated include
file,
and specialy after seeing Lummox' isoblob tree, I wonder:

1. In theory, would it be possible to extrude a set of splines straight into a
solid/primative object, without using triangles or bicubic patches?

2. In theory, would it be possible to use a spline as a blob component
(blobsweep)?

If no, then why, if yes, ... ehm ... then when ;-)
