I have current email addresses for everyone on that list, and none of
them were averse to my including their patches in my superpatch, but
you should probably write anyway.  Given that one of the sites is in
Czechoslovakia, another in Japan (I think), and two in Germany, it
might not hurt to mirror the patches in the States, though you might
want to link to some of the original sites as well, particularly the
Isosurface site and the POVRaySP site, which both have quite a bit of
additional information.
