If you are restarting a render using the +C command line option, it 
would be nice if you could go straight to actually rendering the scene, 
instead of the preview render where everything is in large blocks.

You get the blocky thing when you have a radiosity scene, pretrace 
steps, or when you use the mosaic preview option.

For radiosity, you may try saving the radiosity data to file and 
reloading them on resume.

For the mosaic preview, just remove that from the command line.
