Well, that was the "other" thing stated, "They opted to underestimate
what players "wanted" from the game, to such an extent that they made it
"too" simple.
One thing for certain though, they failed in the science department
entirely, in that the game resembles more the "directed evolution via
magic god like being", than anything that a real system produces, and
thus propagates the very misconceptions that a lot of people would
bloody wish everyone from game makers to movie makers, to the news media
would ***stop*** telling people was "evolution". lol

That's a problem if you don't have a USB cable long enough to reach the
bathroom....

Thanks Sam.
Goo does look to be a little more like what I was hoping for than Spore.
Thanks for the info.
Other alternative suggestions would be welcome.
(Basically looking for some combo of fun / light-hearted / not totally
mindless.)

The idea is keeping your feet warm while using the computer. Would be very
handy (feety?) for me :)
I remember someone in a forum said a good way to get a fast computer would
be to overclock it, and use girls' feet as CPU cooling during winter. :D

I was thinking more that computer nerds don't need to move from the
spot, but hey...
