I hadn't. I enjoyed it up to when they went nonlinear. ;)

I had forgotten how much I liked classical guitar.

Thanks for posting the link.

On £20 computer speakers, who can tell? ;)

Spent all of yesterday transcribing Pachelbel.

Now thoroughly fed up of hearing it...

(I had a dumb idea that I would try to sing it. After all, it's a
cannon, right? All I have to do is sing it once and then play back three
copies... Yeah, about that. It turns out my vocal range is no match for
a violin! B3 to D7? I don't think so... Also, nobody sings 16 notes to
the bar. Not accurately, anyway.)

A bit late on this reply:

First, Pachelbel: I love this. Purely for their sense of fun as well as
their love for the music.

Second, finger-picking: I used Leonard Cohen

A challenging choice, at least if you stick to the original picking
patterns.

"Suzanne" I did manage, but for some of his other pieces I couldn't
muster enough patience to practice. And for "teachers" my fingers never
were fast enough.

For me, it was the collected of works of Peter, Paul and Mary. And some
Crosby, Stills & Nash, and Simon and Garfunkel.

Nice! "How was your shopping trip, dear?" "I was accosted by a string
quintet!"

Ah yes, the "every chord sequence was actually invented in neo-baroque
times" gambit...
