In my entirely non-medical opinion, option 3 certainly *seems* like it's 
got the best potential.  But I know very little about medicine. :)

As said by others already, personally I would go for #3 and if 
unavailable for #4.

I thought allogeneic was a type of face wash. Probably best not to value 
my opinion on this one :-)
