More typically done with a green wireframe than the white shown in the 
picture.  I remembe rit well.

I did notice that - I was pleased to see that the previous 5 were still 
available, so I didn't have to look for alternate sources.

I don't remember it well at all. I only played it a couple of times when 
changing from a fixed wing to a helicopter, in Sumburgh. It was white on 
black on a crt.
I wasn't very good at that either. :)
