Got it! It just came back to me from years ago when driving to work;
then it was on BBC World Service (648 kHz)... history now.

I spent four hours in traffic yesterday. I got caught on the diagonal at
Euston road and the underpass was chocka.

I didn't realize the diagonal at Euston road was open. I thought you had
to route through King's Cross to get around there.

Tottenham Court Road is like a swimming pool when it is raining and it
was torrential that night.
