Words of wisdom from Sir Terry:
"It's not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much
rather you weren't doing it."

I've just found out there is a 40th in the series and I've not read it.

There may also be a 41st.

From lspace.org:
In an email received on the 3 July 2014 from the Discworld Emporium a
5th Tiffany Aching novel was reported:

NEW BOOK ANNOUNCED! - On Tuesday Terry confirmed via Twitter that he is
in the midst of writing a 5th Tiffany Aching Novel, stating that "we
don't know when it will be published because we don't know when it will
be finished" and that "Yes. Granny is definitely in it". Along with
hundreds of thousands of Discworld fans, we've been floating on a cloud
of elation ever since, eagerly awaiting the return of our favourite Wee Hag.

A note from Penguin Random House on Mar 12, 2015 states that "he
completed his last book, a new Discworld novel, in the summer of 2014,
before succumbing to the final stages of the disease". The Toronto Star
(an unlikely but usually reliable source) says the title is to be The
Shepherd’s Crown.

Time for a moment of all-uppercase silence.
