It bends as soon as you try to apply any force!

I've got metal dining spoons - but they're very thin and flimsy. I've 
already bent one of the teaspoons trying to squash a teabag. So that 
won't work. Instead, I used a plastic serving spoon - which also bent, 
but at least it'll bend back again...
