"Hello, this is Dave calling from John Lewis --- erm, I mean MK Auto Care."

That's the God-damned funniest thing I've heard today... How on Earth
you'd mix up an expensive department store with a small local garage I
don't know, but anyway...

Funny!
I bet that they worked at John Lewis. But now works for MK Auto Care.
Automatic speech is what I call that. Good thing they didn't work at a
morgue.

Have Fun!

The guy /claims/ he was looking at some paperwork that said John Lewis
on it... Either that or he just doesn't know where the **** he works. ;-)

That's a plausible explanation. Well, both of them are, but the second
probably less so. ;)

Unless the previous or next person to call was named John Lewis and it just

... because you possibly searched for that term earlier? :-P

Hint: The search term suggestions /are/ personalized.
