But I prefer the easiest way these days (i.e. Thunderbird with a
translated menu).

I hope nobody wants to burn me at the stake... it is modelled and
rendered in Blender.
I don't know a good way to get the particles (fur and grass) exported
for POV-Ray, so I had to stick to Blender Internal...
