It was less than 2 minutes in Gimp. Just chose a smooth-edged brush for
the clone tool and started strokes here and there.
and here's a mouth eye (google the meme) for the fun. :)

That's pretty much how I did the original. (Fortunately mum's wallpaper
is pretty bland and uniform. Unfortunately, the lighting is not...)

That's pretty terrifying.
For extra credit, see if you can make it so I look hansom. :-P
I did think about trying to edit out the entire background and just have
me on a white background. But I figured the lighting would look all wrong...

come on, it's not that bad...
I have no clue how that meme begin (nor how I discovered it), but it's
just that: a photoediting with the mouth in the place of the eyes. I
actually believe it was the poster of some horror movie...
