Well scan it or take a digital photo - obviously if you access to such 
gear.  Or fax it.  Or draw it in paint.  You could surely produce 
something good enough that way.

But my point was that something more professional looking is more 
convincing.  Perhaps it shouldn't be that way but impressions do count.
